人间仙草”铁皮石斛花正艳
经过一年的精心养护，眼下，贵州省德森现代农业科技有限公司的铁皮石斛进入了鲜花盛开期。在沿河自治县土地坳镇前进社区基地里，嫩黄色的花朵静静地绽放着，散发出淡淡的香味。每株铁皮石斛开花1到3朵，外形跟兰花相似，非常娇嫩可爱。石斛花不仅赏心悦目，还具有较高的药用价值，被称为“人间仙草”，具有养阴清热、益胃生津、降低血糖、增强免疫力等功效。从2018年开始，种植基地开始尝试种植铁皮石斛，在土地坳镇和中界镇建示范基地600亩，并搭建起连栋大棚180亩，采用先进的温度、喷淋、加热、通风控制系统，实现农业生产现代化管理。经过多年培育，目前铁皮石斛已经实现量产。除了茎可入药以外，采摘后的石斛花也可以泡茶或做菜，具有较高的经济价值。
