“唐大哥”打造铜仁特色酸菜系列产品
近日,记者在碧江区铜兴街道大坳村铜仁仁龙农产品厂看到,车间里摆放着一排排,一层层的坛坛罐罐,里面分别腌制的有野葱酸、青菜酸、酸辣子、酸茄子、酸笋子等约七八个品种。采用传统工艺,纯手工制作,不加任何添加剂和色素,酸味纯正开胃,属纯天然绿色食品,已注册“唐大哥”商标。铜仁人常说,“三天不吃酸,走路打闹蹿”。地道的铜仁人唐仁龙自筹资金数百万元创办了该厂,着重开发了具有铜仁传统风味的野葱酸、青菜酸等糸列酸味产品,受到了消费者的青睐。
